Yes, of course, we offer a free trial. Send your photos to info@imagoartsolution.com, or if you have heavy files then you can send files using We Transfer, Dropbox or any medium you want.

Certainly yes! We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), where we commit ourselves to not taking any images out of the office or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. We are really concerned about your privacy and security. We will never use your images without your expressed consent for any other purpose.

Anything you demand! We can send you the edited images in any of the following formats: TIFF, PSD, CR2, JPG, PNG, etc.  All edited images will be sent back to you using FTP, email (in case of small size file), through WeTransfer/DropBox or any other medium you would prefer.

Yes, we do have discounts for frequent or large orders. Contact us to work out the details.

You can directly send us your editing requirement at info@imagoartsolution.com or you can just simply fill the form on our website. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We need to see the images and the editing it requires before giving turnaround time. Most of the time you can expect delivery within 24 hours. In case of small job or urgencies, we can process your project on priority and deliver you the work in 6-12 hours.

If we have misunderstood the instructions because of which you do not get the desired outcome, then any corrections made will be done free of cost.

After receiving the work and on satisfactory approval from your end, we will send you the invoice with all the details you need to pay. We can set-up weekly or monthly payment mechanism. We have many regular clients so they prefer to pay on monthly basis rather than paying every week. You can pay via PAYPAL or Wire Transfer.
